Your introduction to the Thai kitchen
Our one day course starts at 9am with a shopping trip to Hua Hin’s 100 year old morning market. Here we will buy all the ingredients that we will need for the day together.
From the market we will continue to our traditional Thai teak home, where we will take a short coffee break and start making preparations for the course.
During our most popular course first we will teach you how to make currypaste the traditional Thai way, followed by the first dish Keang keaw wan gai (green curry with chicken).
We will firstly discuss each dish and then after a demonstration and tasting it will be your turn to make your own (with our help of course).
Other dishes on this course are Pad Thai (famous Thai style noodles – the national dish), Tom yum goong (spicy soup with shrimps) and Khanom lot chong (Thai desert).
The course will start at 9am finish at around 2-3pm.
Included in the course are transportation from and back to your hotel (within Hua Hin) coffee/tea, soft drinks, certificate, our own recipe book and eating the whole day. We recommend a light breakfast..
We have courses daily min 4 persons / max 10 persons.
